Our Warranty

One year on all labor and on everything we install — in writing, with no fine-print games.

The short version

Plumbwell warrants all labor and every part or fixture we install for one full year from the date of service. If covered work fails inside that year, we come back and make it right at no charge for labor or for the parts we supplied.

What’s covered

  • All labor performed by a Plumbwell plumber — repairs, replacements, and installs
  • Parts, fixtures, and equipment supplied and installed by Plumbwell (water heaters, tankless units, softeners, faucets, valves, toilets, disposals, pipe and fittings)
  • Leaks at joints, connections, and fittings we made
  • Return trips and diagnosis for a covered failure

Manufacturer warranties on equipment often run longer than one year — commonly six to twelve years on water heaters and tankless units. We register the equipment and handle the manufacturer claim for you; our one-year term covers the labor to swap it out.

What’s not covered

  • Pre-existing conditions outside the scope of the work we performed — an old line elsewhere in the house, for example
  • Damage from freezing, misuse, abuse, vandalism, tree roots, ground shift, or acts of nature
  • New clogs from what goes down the drain — grease, wipes, foreign objects — after a line was cleared and verified
  • Work altered, repaired, or added to by someone other than Plumbwell
  • Parts or fixtures the customer supplied (we’ll still warranty our labor on them)
  • Damage caused by failing water quality, water pressure above code, or a declined recommendation documented on your invoice
  • Consumables and routine maintenance items such as filters and softener salt

How to request warranty service

  • Call 801-200-3996 or email plumbwelladmin@gmail.com, and say it’s a warranty call.
  • Have your invoice number or the service date and address handy.
  • Describe what’s happening. Photos help — you can send them by text to the same number.
  • We schedule the return visit on priority, and there is no charge for a covered failure. If we arrive and find the cause falls outside coverage, we tell you the flat-rate price before doing anything.

Transfers

The warranty covers the property owner at the service address. If you sell the home within the warranty period, let us know and we’ll note the new owner on the record.

Questions before you book

Ask us. We’ll put the warranty terms for your specific job on the quote before you approve it, so nothing about the coverage is a surprise later.
