What we collect

When you submit our contact form, use the chat assistant, or book online, we collect only what we need to reach you and diagnose the job:

• Your name
• Your phone number and, if you provide one, your email address
• Your city or ZIP code
• A description of the plumbing problem
• Any photos you choose to attach

We also collect standard website analytics — pages viewed, referring source, and general device information — through Google Ads and analytics tags.

How we use it

• To contact you about your service request by call, text, or email
• To schedule, dispatch, and complete the work
• To send appointment confirmations, arrival windows, invoices, and receipts
• To follow up on completed work and warranty questions
• To measure which advertising and pages actually produce service calls

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the vendors that make the service work: our scheduling and dispatch software (Housecall Pro), our email and messaging providers, our website and database hosting, and advertising platforms in aggregated, non-identifying form. Each is bound to use the data only to provide their service to us.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety of our team, our customers, or the public.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, you agree we may contact you by text about your service request. Message and data rates may apply, and consent is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS Terms for message frequency and opt-out instructions.

Photos you upload

Photos attached to the contact form are stored privately and are visible only to Plumbwell staff reviewing your request. We do not publish customer photos without asking you first.

Retention and deletion

We keep service records for as long as needed to support warranty claims and to meet tax and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your contact record and any uploaded photos at any time — email plumbwelladmin@gmail.com or call 801-200-3996 and we will remove what we are not legally required to keep.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and advertising tags to understand which campaigns bring in service calls. You can block or clear cookies in your browser; the site will still work, but our measurement will be less accurate.
