Requests you send us

Service requests submitted on our booking page are stored privately, including your name, phone, email, service address, city, service and details. Plumbwell uses these to respond and arrange service and sends an email notification to its business inbox. A saved request is retained even if the notification fails. Emergency details are not stored by this website. After you fill in the emergency form, your own email app opens a pre-filled message to plumbwelladmin@gmail.com; nothing is sent until you press send. We use what you send (name, phone, email, address, city and job details) only to respond to and perform your plumbing request.

Online booking

You can also choose online scheduling through Housecall Pro. Information you enter in that booking tool is handled by Housecall Pro under its own privacy policy and shared with us to schedule your appointment.

Analytics and advertising measurement

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google LLC) to measure visits and whether our ads lead to calls, booking clicks and email requests. The Google tag sets cookies and collects page views, the pages you came from, device/browser details, approximate location derived from your IP address, and clicks on our phone and booking links. We do not send your name, email, phone number or form contents to Google.

• Recipient: Google LLC. See how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
• Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are not tracked: the Google tag does not load there, or when we cannot determine your region.

Your choices

• Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser and the Google tag will not load on this site.
• Install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or manage ad personalization in Google My Ad Center.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

SMS terms

Appointment messages

With your agreement to receive service-related texts, Plumbwell Plumbing & Drains and its scheduling provider may send messages needed to coordinate your requested service: appointment confirmations, scheduling changes, arrival notices, quotes, invoices and receipts. Some messages may be automated. Tell us if you prefer a phone call instead.

Optional marketing

Promotional offers and marketing reminders are separate and optional. Booking an appointment, requesting service or providing a phone number does not by itself authorize marketing texts. Marketing requires a separate, explicit opt-in; consent is not a condition of purchase. This website does not collect that opt-in.

Message frequency and rates

Service-message frequency varies with your appointment. Any separately authorized marketing program must disclose its frequency when you opt in. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 801-200-3996 or plumbwelladmin@gmail.com. Opting out of texts does not cancel your appointment — we will call you instead.

Carriers and privacy

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If something is urgent, call us rather than waiting on a text. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
