Using this site
You may browse, share, and use this site to request plumbing service. You may not scrape it at scale, submit false or automated service requests, upload malicious files, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or use the chat assistant to harass our team.
Prices and estimates are not final quotes
Price ranges, the online estimator, and anything the chat assistant tells you are planning tools, not binding quotes. Your actual price is the flat-rate number a Plumbwell plumber gives you on site after diagnosing the problem — and you approve it before any work starts.
Scheduling and availability
We answer emergency calls 24/7 and aim to reach Davis and Weber County addresses quickly, but arrival windows are estimates. Weather, traffic, parts availability, and emergencies ahead of you can move a window. We will text or call you when that happens.
Chat assistant
The “Ask Plumbwell” assistant is an automated tool. It can be wrong. Do not rely on it for emergencies, gas-related issues, or anything actively flooding — call 801-200-3996 instead.
Warranty
