Water everywhere? We’re on our way.

Call for emergency help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also prepare an email below, but you must press Send in your email app. For active flooding, call rather than wait for an email response.

Before we arrive

Three things to do right now.

  1. Shut off your main water valve. Usually in the basement or utility room where the line enters the house, next to the pressure-reducing valve on bench homes.
  2. Turn off the water heater if it’s leaking — gas to “pilot”, or flip the breaker on electric units.
  3. Stay clear of wet outlets and move valuables off the floor. Snap a few photos for insurance.

Active leak or flooding? Call first. Email is not monitored as an emergency dispatch channel. This form only prepares an email; you must press Send in your email app.

Have you shut off the water?

Smell gas? Leave the house now and call Enbridge Gas at 800-541-2824 or 911 from outside.

For the fastest dispatch, also call 801-200-3996. Submitting opens your email app with a message to plumbwelladmin@gmail.com. Your details are only used to schedule service.
