Herriman is one of Utah’s newest cities, set on the Oquirrh foothills where high pressure and builder-grade installs are behind most of the service calls we see. Plumbwell technicians carry the parts to finish most jobs in one visit.
Every neighborhood ages differently. Here’s what crews see most often in Herriman, and how we handle it.
Newer Herriman homes are plumbed in PEX, but builder-grade water heaters, softeners, and fixture cartridges wear out fast in hard Wasatch Front water. We replace them with longer-lasting equipment and flush the system to protect what's left.
Bench and foothill lots in Herriman can see static pressure above 100 PSI. When a pressure-reducing valve wears out, supply hoses burst and fixtures fail early. We test your pressure for free on every visit and rebuild or replace the PRV when needed.
With so many finished basements in Herriman, a sewer backup or slow slab leak quickly turns into carpet, drywall, and insurance claims. We install backwater valves, add leak sensors, and track down hidden leaks with as little demolition as possible.
Careful leak tracing to find hidden leaks with minimal damage, with specialist detection brought in when a job calls for it.
Same-day tank replacement and expert tankless installs sized for Utah’s hard water.
Camera inspection, hydro-jetting, root removal and trenchless sewer line repair.
Replace galvanized and polybutylene lines with PEX-A, usually in one to two days.
Protect fixtures from Wasatch Front hard water with softeners and whole-home filtration.
Free pressure test on every visit; PRV rebuilds for bench and foothill homes.
Plumbwell crews run Salt Lake County routes every day.
Plumbwell quotes the price before work starts, so you approve it up front. Larger jobs like water heaters and sewer repairs are quoted on site after an inspection.
